Common use of Project Board Clause in Contracts

Project Board. 8.1 The Councils shall form the Project Board ("Project Board") for the purpose of the day-to-day management of the Project and the Contract Manager and the implementation and monitoring of the process and to carry out those functions set out in Schedule 1 (Project Tasks) as being functions of the Project Board and in accordance with the Project Board’s Terms of Reference as set on in Schedule 3 (Project Board Terms of Reference). 8.2 The Project Board shall have the powers to make decisions and recommendations within its Terms of Reference as set out in Schedule 3 (Project Board Terms of Reference) but shall not have power to approve any Joint Committee Matter or any Matter Reserved To The Councils pursuant to Clause 5.1.4. 8.3 Notwithstanding the above, the following specific functions are given to the Project Board:- 8.3.1 prior approval of all reports for decision by the Joint Committee save if impractical in the case of a special meeting; and
