Project Certificate for Payment. After reviewing and certifying the amounts due the Contractor and the Other Contractors, the Program Manager will submit the Project Application and Project Certificate for Payment, along with the applicable Contractors' Applications and Certificates for Payment, to the Architect for certification.
Project Certificate for Payment. The Architect/Engineer shall, within five (5) days after the receipt of each Certificate and Application for Contractor's Payment, review the Project Application for Payment and either execute a Project Certificate for Payment to the Principal Representative for such amounts as the Architect/Engineer reasonably determines are properly due, or notify the Construction Manager in writing of the reasons for withholding a Certificate as provided in paragraph 9.5.14.

  • Due date for payment The settlement date for each Tax Invoice issued by the Distributor must be the 20th day of the month in which the Tax Invoice is received, or if the 20th day of the month is not a Working Day, the first Working Day after the 20th day. However, if the Distributor fails to send a Tax Invoice to the Trader within 10 Working Days after the last day of the month to which the Tax Invoice relates, the due date for payment is extended by 1 Working Day for each Working Day that the Tax Invoice is late.
