Project closure Sample Clauses

The Project Closure clause defines the procedures and requirements for formally ending a project. It typically outlines the steps necessary to confirm that all deliverables have been completed, outstanding issues resolved, and final documentation submitted. This clause ensures that both parties agree the project has met its objectives and provides a clear process for transitioning responsibilities or releasing final payments, thereby preventing disputes over incomplete work or lingering obligations.
