Common use of Project Completion Certification Clause in Contracts

Project Completion Certification. To certify completion, the Grantee will submit to the Department the Project Completion Certification, DRP-112, available online and incorporated herein by reference. The Project must be designated complete prior to the Department releasing final reimbursement. The Department shall designate the Project complete upon receipt and approval of all deliverables and when Project site is open and available for use by the public for outdoor recreation purposes. The Department will release the retainage when the Department approves the Completion Documentation set forth in paragraph 62D-5.058(7)(d), F.A.
