Common use of Project Completion Date Clause in Contracts

Project Completion Date. 10.2.1. On or after the Effective Date, the Operator shall undertake installation works in the Project. The end of 90 days from the Effective Date shall be the end of Completion Period (the “Scheduled Commercial Operations Date”) for completion of furnishings and the Operator agrees and undertakes that the installation of furniture, fixtures and interior of the Project Facility shall be completed on or before the Scheduled Commercial Operations Date.
