Common use of Project Completion Deadline Clause in Contracts

Project Completion Deadline. The Project set forth in Exhibit “B” shall be initiated and completed within one (1) year after the Effective Date hereof. Any unspent funds allocated to this Agreement remaining at the end of the first year following the Effective Date shall be returned to the Program and no longer be available for use by the Grantee, unless the Executive Director of the CRA has, at his or her discretion, granted the Grantee an extension of time.
