Common use of Project Conferences Clause in Contracts

Project Conferences. 3.4.1 Throughout all phases of the Project, the Architect and as needed its consultants, shall meet periodically with the Owner and Project Manager when reasonably requested. Attendees shall be as mutually determined by the Owner, Project Manager and Architect. The Architect shall provide a record of all project conferences. As a minimum, regularly scheduled meetings which the Architect will attend include:
