Common use of Project Control Clause in Contracts

Project Control. During the Feasibility Study/Schematic Design Phase of this Contract, the Owner’s Project Manager shall monitor and report to the Owner and the Authority any variations to the Feasibility Study Budget, Scope and Schedule established in the Owner-Authority Feasibility Study Agreement. During the Design Development/Construction Documents/Bidding Phase, the Owner’s Project Manager shall monitor and report to the Owner and the Authority any variations to the Project Budget and Schedule established in the Owner-Authority Project Scope and Budget Agreement.

Project Control. During the Feasibility Study/Schematic Design Phase of this Contract, the Owner’s 's Project Manager shall monitor and report to the Owner and the Authority any variations changes to the Feasibility Study Budget, Scope and Schedule established in the Owner-Authority Feasibility Study Agreement. During the Design Development/Construction Documents/Bidding Phase, the Owner’s Project Manager shall monitor and report to the Owner and the Authority any variations to the Project Budget and Schedule established in the Owner-Authority Project Scope and Budget Agreement.

During the Feasibility Study/Schematic Preliminary Design Phase of this Contract, the Owner’s Project Manager shall monitor and report to the Owner and information on the Authority any variations to the Feasibility Study Budget, Scope and Schedule established in by the Owner-Authority Feasibility Study Agreement. During Owner during the Design Development/Construction Documents/Bidding Phase, the Owner’s Project Manager shall monitor and report to the Owner and the Authority any variations to the Project Budget and Schedule established in the Owner-Authority Owner- Project Scope and Budget Agreement.
