The Director of Economic Development will prepare the Intergovernmental Agreement and any associated amendments, provide a proposed budget, and submit invoices to the IBR Program as required by this agreement. Assumptions: • POV will submit quarterly invoices for work completed including a detailed report • The IBR team will track progress to milestones, and review of key deliverables Deliverables: • Timely invoices and updates to the IGA as needed.
