Project Cost Estimates. The Landscape Architect/Civil Engineer may be required to provide cost estimates for pre-design, programming, feasibility, and/or study phases; schematic design; design development; and construction documents, as well as for any other design alternatives or special Project circumstances as the County deems necessary (collectively, the “Cost Estimates”). The Cost Estimates shall include all construction costs and may include other Project costs, as deemed necessary by the County.
