Project Delivery – Grant Administration. To ensure full performance of this Contract, the GLO has set aside an amount equal to five percent (5%) of Subrecipient’s project delivery – grant administration budget until completion and acceptance by the GLO of all actions and Deliverables identified in Attachment A.
