Common use of Project Descriptions Clause in Contracts

Project Descriptions. Upon request of Client, Evotec shall propose a project description for the planned project. Each proposed project description developed by Evotec shall include the following information: (i) a reasonably detailed description of the Services to be performed by Evotec; (ii) an estimated time frame for the completion of such proposed project; (iii) the Project Deliverables; (iv) pricing and payment schedule; and (v) other information which may be necessary to appropriately describe the Services to be performed by Evotec in respect of such proposed project, e.g. the number of FTEs.
