Common use of Project Development and Implementation Clause in Contracts

Project Development and Implementation. The Grantee’s Scope of Work includes the following tasks and project elements: a. Review and update the district facilities17 in CARB’s 2019 CEIDARS emission inventory database that have been rolled over from prior inventory years. The Grantee should make a determination whether any facilities in their jurisdiction should be added to the database and report the required information per Section F.3.b below, giving priority to facilities subject to CARB’s Regulation for the Mandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gas Emissions (MRR facilities). In addition, the Grantee will work with CARB’s emission inventory staff to remove closed facilities from the CEIDARS 2019
