Common use of Project Directory Clause in Contracts

Project Directory. The Project Architect/Engineer shall provide OFPC with the names of its representatives, the names of its consultants, the names of its consultants’ representatives, and the names of the Owner's representatives, in the form of a project directory. Include titles for the various representatives and/or their project responsibility, with mailing addresses, telephone and FAX numbers, and e-mail addresses.
