Common use of Project Documents Clause in Contracts

Project Documents. (a) Project Co shall perform its obligations under, and observe all of the provisions of, each of the Project Documents to which it is a party, and shall ensure that each Project Co Party shall perform its obligations under, and observe all of the provisions of, each of the Project Documents to which such Project Co Party is a party, so as to ensure that other parties to such Project Documents shall not be entitled to terminate same. (b) In the event that Project Co receives a notice of default, notice of non-payment or notice of adjudication under any of the Project Documents, it shall promptly, and, in any event, no later than 2 Business Days after receipt thereof, deliver a copy of such notice of default, non-payment or adjudication to Contracting Authority. (c) Upon the written request of Contracting Authority or the Contracting Authority Representative, Project Co will deliver or cause to be delivered to Contracting Authority or the Contracting Authority Representative a copy of any notices or consents delivered or received by Project Co under any of the Project Documents.
