Project Documents. The Participating County agrees to construct the Project in accordance with the following agreements and documents each as may be amended in accordance with its terms and which, together with the Agreement, shall be referred to herein as the “Project Documents”: (1) BSCC Jail Construction Agreement Standard Conditions attached hereto as Exhibit A; (2) Participating County’s Project Proposal [Insert Name and Date of Participating County’s Bid Proposal] (“County Project Proposal”); (3) County Project Description Detail and Budget (“Project Description”) in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B;
