Common use of Project Eligibility Clause in Contracts

Project Eligibility. As to CITY or its claimants, COUNTY shall bear no liability 23 for any later determination by the United States Government, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban 24 Development, or any other person or entity that CITY is or is not eligible under 24 CFR Part 570 to 25 receive CDBG entitlement funds from the COUNTY.
