Common use of Project Equipment Clause in Contracts

Project Equipment. All items of machinery, equipment and parts or other personal property installed or acquired or to be acquired for installation in the Project Improvements or elsewhere on the Project Site, or for use in connection with the Company’s business, pursuant to Article IV hereof and paid for in whole or in part from the proceeds of Bonds and all replacements thereof and substitutions therefor made pursuant to this Lease Agreement.
