Project Evaluation Sample Clauses
The Project Evaluation clause establishes the process and criteria for assessing the progress, quality, or outcomes of a project. Typically, this clause outlines who is responsible for conducting evaluations, the timing and frequency of assessments, and the specific metrics or benchmarks to be used. For example, it may require periodic progress reports or formal reviews at key project milestones. Its core function is to ensure that all parties have a clear, agreed-upon method for measuring project success and identifying issues early, thereby promoting accountability and facilitating timely corrective actions if needed.
