Common use of Project Fee Clause in Contracts

Project Fee. The Services shall be provided on a time and materials basis at the following rates: Administrative Support, $75 per hour Analyst, $135 per hour Associate, $225 per hour Senior Associate, $250 per hour Vice President, $275 per hour In addition to the hourly compensation as identified above, the Consultant shall be reimbursed for reasonable mileage apart from travel to and from the District office, meals, and other customary expenses. Extraordinary travel involving hotel, airfare, and other expenses shall be reimbursed if approved in advance by the Client. The mileage reimbursement shall be at the IRS rate. The not-to-exceed amount for this project without Client prior approval will be $76,500 from April 11, 2024 through July 31, 2024; based on an estimate of 200 hours. (Includes 10% discount from original quote of $84,150.)
