Common use of Project Financing Clause in Contracts

Project Financing. The Augusta Housing and Community Development will provide an amount not to exceed the actual construction costs including only materials and labor as outlined and approved on the Work Write-Up to be expended by “VIP” for construction costs related to the development of one single family detached home identified as ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇. Additionally, HCD will provide 100% of all change orders (where applicable) as approved by HCD and “VIP” in writing. All funding is being provided as payment for services rendered as per this Agreement.
