PROJECT GOALS AND OBJECTIVES. i. Support socially disadvantaged regional beef and bison producers in accessing institutional markets. ii. Ensure that 100% of the funds are used to purchase from small businesses located within 400 miles of one of the following Utah cites: St. ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇, or Blanding. iii. Increase the capacity of SFAs to purchase and prepare raw products from local meat producers.
