Project grant rate. With reference to Article 4.5 of the PIA the project grant rate may be up to 95 % of the eligible expenditure of the strategic and mid-sized projects and up to 100% of the eligible expenditure of the projects under the action grants (grants up to EUR 3 000, with a duration up to 12 months). The above rates may apply as of 1 May 2020 also to contracted projects. For the calculation of in-kind contribution in the form of voluntary work, the price shall range from the minimum gross hourly wage to the average gross hourly wage in the Czech Republic, depending on the character of work delivered. Currently, these rates are €6.3 per hour and €11.60 per hour respectively. The rates are defined on the basis of data taken from the Average Earnings Information System (ISPV) and the ILO Manual on the Measurement of Volunteer Work and can be updated annually.
