Common use of Project Initiation Clause in Contracts

Project Initiation. Within seven (7) Days following execution of this Agreement Architect shall: 2.1.1. Review the proposed Schedule of Work set forth in Exhibit C and prepare a detailed scope of work list and work plan for documentation in a computer-generated Project schedule to District’s satisfaction. This scope of work list and work plan will identify specific tasks including, but not limited to: interviews, data collection, analysis, report preparation, planning, architectural programming, concepts and schematic design preparation and estimating that are part of the work of the Project. Architect shall also identify milestone activities or dates, specific task responsibilities, required completion times necessary for the review and approval by District and by all regulatory agencies and additional definition of the Deliverables. 2.1.2. Review the developed work plan with District and its representatives to familiarize them with the proposed tasks and schedule and develop necessary modifications.
