Common use of Project Inspector Clause in Contracts

Project Inspector. 1.22.1. The Project Inspector is the individual designated and employed by the District in accordance with the requirements of Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations. The Project Inspector shall be authorized to act on behalf of the District as provided for in the Contract Documents and in Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations, as the same may be amended from time to time.
