Following the completion of the 30% design phase, the Consultant shall prepare exhibits showing the location of the existing utilities in relation to the proposed project. The Consultant shall prepare one (1) Project Introduction Letter to be sent to the Utilities describing Project improvements and estimated construction schedule.
