ECOLOGY and RECIPIENT may change their respective staff contacts without the concurrence of either party. This Agreement shall be subject to the written approval of Ecology’s authorized representative and shall not be binding until so approved. The signatories to this Agreement represent that they have the authority to execute this Agreement and bind their respective organizations to this Agreement.
