Common use of Project Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Project Maintenance. The City shall be responsible for on-going capital improvements to, and maintenance of, the Project and the Property. The County makes no commitment to support the Project or Property beyond what is provided for in this Agreement and assumes no obligation for future support of the Project or Property except as expressly set forth in this Agreement.
