Project Management Documents. Consultant shall prepare the following project management documents: ♦ Project management plan to include key milestones, team roles and responsibilities, public outreach plan and the quality control plan. ♦ Coordination and tracking logs will be hosted on the project’s Teams site and will be accessible to both City and Consulting teams. ♦ City will maintain and update the issues and requirements traceability log and stakeholder log.
Project Management Documents. The rules governing the dissemination of those documents are stated in the Consortium Agreement of the Project.
