Common use of Project Management Software Clause in Contracts

Project Management Software. The Owner has adopted e-Builder® ASP Project Management Communication Software, which Architect shall be required to utilized for all communications relating to the Project, as set forth in Exhibit D. Architect shall be responsible for purchasing the requisite licenses necessary for Architect’s use on the Project.

Architect B. A/E shall be responsible for purchasing the requisite licenses necessary for ArchitectA/E’s use on the Project, which shall be a Reimbursable Expense.
