Common use of Project Management System Clause in Contracts

(a) Promptly following the Effective Date, the Alliance Management Team must develop and implement an integrated project management system in accordance with the requirements of 'A Guide to Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide) – 5th Edition' (Project Management System). (b) The Project Management System must be of a standard that is capable of Third Party certification to AS/NZS ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems - Requirements.
