Project Management Team. ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ will provide project management services continuously throughout the course of the project and shall communicate progress and recommendations to the designated City Project Manager in an efficient and time responsive manner. The Downtown Parking Comprehensive Parking Study is scheduled to be complete in approximately six months. Working closely with the ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ team will be the Parking Study Team (PST), which will be appointed by Durham’s Director of Transportation. The City will designate a primary point of contact for the PST. This contact will be ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇’▇ liaison for the purpose of communication, scheduling meetings, etc. during the project. The City will provide ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ with the names and contact information for all members of the PST prior to the initial kick-off meeting. A stakeholder group of Downtown developers, businesses, parking operators, theater owners, residents, etc. will be formed to offer input to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ and the PST at appropriate times during the study. The City will be responsible for identifying the members of the stakeholder group, briefing them on the purpose of the study and inviting them to the first stakeholder meeting. The City will provide ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ with the names and contact information for the members of the stakeholder group prior to the initial kick-off meeting.
