Common use of Project Maps Clause in Contracts

Project Maps. Lessee shall maintain clear, accurate, and detailed maps of all actual and planned operations. The maps must show the location of all drill holes, exploratory pits, soil or rock sample locations, and other exploratory, development, mining, drilling, production, concentrating, refining, and other operations locations, and all structures and improvements. Lessor may require that such maps be certified by an engineer or geologist who is professionally licensed by the State of Idaho or by a state having a reciprocal licensing agreement with the State of Idaho. Lessee shall provide copies of such maps to Lessor upon request.
