Common use of Project Meeting Clause in Contracts

Project Meeting. Agreed project meeting date and time will be reflected in the meeting box. In the event either of SERVICE USER or SERVICE PROVIDER would like to reschedule the meeting, a new proposed date needs to be initiated on the system. The other party needs to accept the proposal to confirm the new agreed meeting date. Users need to notify admin if one of the parties does not show up after a 10 minutes grace period. Failure to attend meetings three times would be considered as non-compliance to project terms and conditions. For quality check purposes, Pinion might need to record your meeting sessions. The recordings would not be considered as Product and would not be shared with Users unless a dispute arises.
