Project Objective. Through the Mill Upgrade Project, SWM shall exercise commercially reasonable efforts to upgrade and modify the Mill to the extent that upon completion of the Work the Paper Machines will be capable of manufacturing Banded Cigarette Papers that conform to the ranges of process and product characteristics identified in Exhibit E hereto, all while achieving the projected individual and cumulative Post Conversion Practical Production Capacities set forth in Exhibit G.
