PROJECT OFFICER. The performance of the Contractor is subject to the review and approval of FW’s Project Officer (“Project Officer”) who shall be appointed by the Division Director of FW’s Division or Department requesting the work under this Contract. However, it shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to manage the details of the execution and performance of its Work pursuant to the Contract Documents.

PROJECT OFFICER. The person designated to act for the Department in administering this Grant.

PROJECT OFFICER. The performance of the Contractor is subject to the review and approval of the APS Project Officer (“Project Officer”) who shall be appointed by the Director of the Arlington APS department requesting the Work under this Contract. However, it shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to manage the details of the execution and performance of its work under the Contract Documents.

PROJECT OFFICER. The Corporation designates as Project Officer to communicate to the Sponsor OTDA's directives relating to the Sponsor's performance of its obligations under this Agreement the Director of the Bureau of Housing and Shelter Services. All Project reports, vouchers for payment, and issues of interpretation or direction relating to this Agreement shall be directed to the Project Officer, or to such persons who may be designated to assist the Project Officer.

PROJECT OFFICER. The CLIENT shall name a Project Officer to act as the CLIENT’s representative with respect to the work performed under this Agreement. All correspondence with CLIENT relating to PROJECT shall be directed to the Project Officer and the Project Officer shall be invited to all progress meetings and other meetings called during the PROJECT.
