Project Operations. (a) Developer agrees to diligently operate and maintain the Project and all other support facilities for the Project owned or controlled by Developer in accordance with all Governmental Requirements and First Class Project Standards and in compliance with this Agreement. (b) Developer covenants that, at all times following the Operations Commencement Date, it will, directly or indirectly: (i) continuously operate and keep open the Casino for Casino Gaming Operations for the maximum hours permitted under Governmental Requirements and in accordance with City ordinances; (ii) continuously operate and keep open for business to the general public twenty-four (24) hours each day, every day of the calendar year, the hotel Component and the parking Component; and
