PROJECT or PROPERTY. The Project consists of (a) the Building, associated parking facility, plaza, improvements (including landscaping) and associated river-bank area; and (b) the Land on which the Building is located, other land on which the parking facility, plaza and improvements are located, other land on which a second building may be built, and land and interests in real property associated with the foregoing (the area of which is generally described as bounded by the Guad▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇er, West San Carl▇▇ ▇▇▇eet, Woz Way and Park Avenue).
