Project Phase. The project phase includes the submission of Building Permit drawings, a formal review by City departments and a Heritage Alteration Permit. Once the Building Permits have been issued, an update once every six months must be given to staff by either the property owner or the project’s regis- tered professional. City staff will periodically conduct site visits.
