Project Photographs. You agree that theBetterGrid has the right to obtain photographic images of the Energy System and the Home, and to use such photographic images for internal and quality control purposes. theBetterGrid will not use photographic images of the Energy System or the Home in its marketing and promotional materials without first obtaining your express written approval.

Project Photographs. 4.12.1. Before the Contractor commences any work at the site, and on the first workday of each month thereafter until Substantial Completion of the Work, the Contractor shall, at his expense, have exterior and interior digital photographs with disc storage taken by a competent commercial photographer from different viewpoints, as directed by the Official or Architect. The Official and Architect shall have the right to increase or decrease the number of photographs required at each period, maintaining an overall average number of exposures per period. 4.12.2. All prints of digital photographs shall be "8 x 10" size. The prints shall bear the date and time of day of the exposure, name of project, the specific location, description of view, and name and address of the photographer. The digital photo disc and one glossy print shall be submitted to the Official and one glossy print of each shall be delivered to the Architect, all within fifteen (15) days after the exposures are made. 4.12.3. If the Contractor fails to provide the photographs as required by the Contract Documents, the City shall be entitled to a corresponding cost set-off against the Contractor's next Application for Payment, or may choose to have the photograph taken by another photographer, and correspondingly charge those associated costs to the Contractor.

  • Photographs You give your permission to us to use any photograph or photographic image including video or video stills taken of you while you are in any public spaces, grounds, offices at the Property or any sponsored events at the Property. You grant us and the Manager and our designees, the irrevocable and unrestricted right and permission to copyright, in its own name or otherwise, and to use, re-use, publish and re-publish photographic or video portraits or pictures of you or in which you may be included, without restriction as to changes or alterations. This usage may be in conjunction with your own name or a fictitious name. It may involve reproductions in color or otherwise that may be made through any medium, and in any and all media now or hereafter known. Usage may include illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, trade, or any other legal purpose. You also consent to the use of any printed matter in conjunction with that usage. You waive any right that you may have to inspect or approve the finished product, the advertising copy or other matter that may be used in that regard. I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished product and the advertising copy or other matter that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied. You agree that we, the Manager and our designees will have no liability due to any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form that may occur in taking or usage of any picture or in the subsequent processing or publication of the picture. You release us, the Manager, and our designees from all claims of any nature arising in any way from the use of your photograph or photographic image. This release contains the entire agreement on this subject matter.

  • Photograph Waiver The Resident grants permission to the Institution and/or the Manager to use photographs or videotapes taken of the Resident in or about the Residence for use (i) in advertising, direct mail, brochures, newsletters and magazines relating to the Institution, the Manager or the Residence, (iii) in electronic versions of the same publications or on web sites or other electronic form or media relating to the Institution, the Manager or the Residence, and (iii) on display boards within the Residence or the Institution, all without notification. The Resident waives any right to inspect or approve any finished photograph or videotape or any electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with a photograph or videotape now or in the future and waives any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of any such photograph, videotape or electronic matter.

  • Photography State may grant permits to persons or corporations engaged in the production of still and motion pictures and related activities for the use of the Premises for such purposes when such permission shall not interfere with the primary business of Concessionaire. Such permits shall not be deemed to be a competitive activity with regard to Concessionaire’s rights to possession and operation under this Contract.
