Project Photos Clause Samples

The "Project Photos" clause establishes the rules and permissions regarding the taking, use, and ownership of photographs related to a project. Typically, it outlines who is allowed to take photos on the project site, how those photos may be used (such as for marketing, documentation, or progress tracking), and any restrictions on sharing or publishing them. This clause helps protect the interests of both parties by clarifying rights to images, preventing unauthorized use, and ensuring sensitive information is not disclosed through photographs.
