Common use of Project Price Clause in Contracts

Project Price. Upon the Customer’s request, ▇▇▇▇▇ may provide an individual quotation differing from both the Price List and the Seasonal Prices for the given project of the Customer (hereinafter: “Project Price”), which may only be applied to the Order of the Products required for the given project. Following the agreement on the Project Price, the sale of the Products at the Project Price shall be performed in the same manner as the sale of Price List Products and Seasonal Price Products.

Following the agreement on the Project Price, the sale of the Products at the Project Price shall be performed in the same manner as the sale of Price List Products and Seasonal Periodic Price Products.
