Common use of Project Progress Reports Clause in Contracts

Project Progress Reports. (a) a description of the progress in completion of the Project activities, in comparison with the schedule and milestones contained in the Statement of Work and the related Project expenditures for that segment of Project activities; (b) the Proponent's revised cost breakdown for the Project, including an estimated cost breakdown by major activity and by Fiscal Year; and (c) an indication of any delay in completing the Project and the reasons for such delay, together with the Proponents revised schedule and any proposed revisions to the Statement of Work.
