Common use of Project Progress Clause in Contracts

Project Progress. 3.1 If: the Ministry is not satisfied with the progress of the Project; the Contractor does or omits to do something, or any matter concerning the Contractor comes to the Ministry’s attention, which, in the Ministry’s opinion, may damage the business or reputation of the Ministry; or the Contractor breaches any of its obligations under this Contract, the Ministry may (without limiting its other remedies):

Project Progress. 3.1 If: the Ministry is not satisfied with the progress of the Project; the Contractor Ministry believes on reasonable grounds that the project is not being carried out in accordance with this Agreement or the Recipient’s Application; the Recipient does or omits to do something, or any matter concerning the Contractor Recipient comes to the Ministry’s attention, which, in the Ministry’s opinion, may damage the business or reputation of the Ministry; or the Contractor Recipient breaches any of its obligations under this ContractAgreement, the Ministry may (without limiting its other remedies):

Project Progress. 3.1 If: the Ministry is not satisfied with the progress of the Project; the Contractor does or omits to do something, or any matter concerning the Contractor comes to the Ministry’s attention, which, in the Ministry’s opinion, may damage the business or reputation of the Ministry; or the Contractor breaches any of its obligations under this Contract, the Ministry may (without limiting its other remedies): (d) renegotiate this Contract with the Contractor; or (e) terminate this Contract immediately by notice to the Contractor, and clause 4.4, 4.5 and 4.6 will apply.
