Common use of Project Progress Clause in Contracts

Project Progress. 1. The Vendor shall conduct regular progress report meetings with the Auditor-Controller or his designee on the conduct of the work required under this Contract as deemed appropriate. Either the Auditor-Controller or the Vendor may request a meeting at any time during the term of this Contract. 2. The Vendor shall prepare a written weekly status report detailing the status of each audit. The status report shall be emailed to the County Project Manager for distribution. 3. To the extent the County does not meet the foregoing target dates specified in this Scope of Work, and the Vendor is delayed thereby, a reasonable extension may be made to the pertinent sub-project audit schedule; such an extension shall not under any circumstances exceed the total period by which the County exceeds said target dates. The Vendor shall not be entitled to any other relief, or to any monetary damages whatsoever, as a result of such delay.
