Common use of Project Report Clause in Contracts

Project Report. All junior exhibitors must have project management records and proof of supervision available to show that ownership and care requirements have been met. A copy of an up-to-date Project Report must be turned in to your project leader before they sign your livestock entry form. The project leaders’ signature indicates the member has fulfilled the terms of this agreement and is a member in good standing. Project instruction must include ethics training. (A video is available at the 4-H Office and from the club leaders).
