Common use of Project Report Clause in Contracts

Project Report. The Recipient shall submit a Project Report for every Project it proposes to direct Funds under this Agreement toward, as set out under Part B.1 of Schedule “B” of this Agreement, to Ontario by the date indicated in Part C.4 of Schedule “C” of this Agreement and in accordance with the requirements set out under Part B.1 of Schedule “B” of this Agreement during the Term of this Agreement. The Recipient shall follow such reasonable administrative procedures as Ontario may specify from time to time.
