Common use of Project Reports Clause in Contracts

Project Reports. 1. The Borrower shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.08 of the General Conditions and on the basis of indicators agreed with the Bank. Each Project Report shall cover the period of one (1) calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Bank not later than one (1) month after the end of the period covered by such report. 2. For purposes of Section 5.08 (c) of the General Conditions, the report on the execution of the Project and related plan required pursuant to that Section shall be furnished to the Bank not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date.

Project Reports. 1. The Borrower shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.08 of the General Conditions and on the basis of the indicators agreed with set forth in the BankAnnex to the Schedule to the Project Agreement. Each Project Report shall cover the period of one (1) calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Bank not later than one forty-five (145) month days after the end of the period covered by such report. 2. For purposes of Section 5.08 (c5.08(c) of the General Conditions, the report on the execution of the Project and related plan required pursuant to that Section shall be furnished to the Bank not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date.

Each Project Report shall cover the period of one (1) calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Bank not later than one two (12) month months after the end of the period covered by such report. 2. For purposes of Section 5.08 (c2.06(d) of the General Standard Conditions, the report on the execution of the Project and related plan required pursuant to that Section shall be furnished to the Bank not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date.

For purposes of Section 5.08 (c) of the General Conditions, the report on the execution of the Project and related plan required pursuant to that Section shall be furnished to the Bank not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date.

For purposes of Section 5.08 (c) of the General Conditions, the report on the execution of the Project and related plan required pursuant to that Section shall be furnished to the Bank not later than six (6) months after before the Closing Date.

The mid-term review for the Project shall be conducted by July 2013.

Each such Project Report shall cover the a six (6) month calendar period of one (in each year, that is from January through June and from July through December, commencing on July 1) calendar semester, 2007, and shall be furnished to the Bank not later than one forty-five (145) month days after the end of the period covered by such report. 2. For purposes of Section 5.08 (c) of the General Conditions, the report on the execution of the The Project and related plan required pursuant to that Section Implementing Entity shall be furnished provide to the Bank Borrower not later than six (6) months after the Closing Dateclosing date for incorporation in the report referred to in Section 5.08(c) of the General Conditions all such information as the Borrower or the Bank shall reasonably request for the purposes of that Section.

The Borrower shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.08 of the General Conditions and on the basis of the indicators agreed with the Bank. Each Project Report shall cover the period of one (1) calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Bank not later than one forty five (145) month days after the end of the period covered by such report. 2. For purposes of Section 5.08 (c) of the General Conditions, the report on the execution of the Project and related plan required pursuant to that Section shall be furnished to the Bank not later than six (6) months after the Project Closing Date.

Project Reports. 1. The Borrower shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.08 of the General Conditions and on the basis of indicators agreed with acceptable to the Bank. Each Project Report shall cover the period of one (1) calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Bank not later than one (1) month after the end of the period covered by such report. 2. For purposes of Section 5.08 (c) of the General Conditions, the report on the execution of the Project and related plan required pursuant to that Section shall be furnished to the Bank not later than six (6) months after following the Closing Date.

Project Reports. 1. The Borrower shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.08 of the General Conditions and on the basis of the indicators agreed with set forth in the BankAnnex to this Schedule. Each Project Report shall cover the period of one (1) calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Bank not later than one (1) month six weeks after the end of the period covered by such report. 2. For purposes of Section 5.08 (c5.08(c) of the General Conditions, the report on the execution of the Project and related plan required pursuant to that Section shall be furnished to the Bank not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date.

Each Project Report shall cover the period of one (1) calendar semesterquarter, and shall be furnished to the Bank not later than one forty five (145) month days after the end of the period covered by such report. 2. For purposes of Section 5.08 (c) of the General Conditions, the report on the execution of the Project and related plan required pursuant to that Section shall be furnished to the Bank not later than six (6) months after before the Closing Date.

The Borrower shall cause AREC to maintain policies and procedures adequate to enable it to monitor and evaluate on an ongoing basis.
