Common use of Project Reports Clause in Contracts

Project Reports. 1. The Project Implementing Entity shall monitor and evaluate the progress of its Respective Part of the Project and prepare Project Reports for its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.08 of the General Conditions and on the basis of the indicators agreed with the Association in the Financing Agreement. Each such Project Report shall cover the period of one calendar quarter, and shall be furnished to the Recipient not later than forty five days after the end of the period covered by such report for incorporation and forwarding by the Recipient to the Association of the overall Project Report. 2. The Project Implementing Entity shall provide to the Recipient not later than three (3) months after the Closing Date, for incorporation in the report referred to in Section 4.08 (c) of the General Conditions all such information as the Recipient or the Association shall reasonably request for the purposes of such Section.

The Project Implementing Entity shall provide to the Recipient not later than three five (35) months after the Closing Datemonths, for incorporation in the report referred to in Section 4.08 (c4.08(c) of the General Conditions all such information as the Recipient or the Association shall reasonably request for the purposes of such Section.

The Project Implementing Entity shall provide to the Recipient not later than three (3) months after the Closing Date, for incorporation in the report referred to in Section 4.08 (c) of the General Conditions all such information as the Recipient or the Association shall reasonably request for the purposes of such Section.

The Project Implementing Entity shall provide to the Recipient not later than three (3) months after the Closing DateMarch 31, 2009, for incorporation in the report referred to in Section 4.08 (c) of the General Conditions all such information as the Recipient or the Association shall reasonably request for the purposes of such Section.

The Project Implementing Entity shall provide to the Recipient not later than three (3) months after the Closing Date, for incorporation in the report referred to in Section 4.08 (c) of the General Conditions all such information as the Recipient or the Association shall reasonably request for the purposes of such Section.

Each such Project Report shall cover the a bi-annual period of one calendar quarter(six (6) months), and shall be furnished to the Recipient not later than forty five thirty (30) days after the end of the period covered by such report for incorporation and forwarding by the Recipient to the Association of the overall Project Report. 2. The Project Implementing Entity shall provide to the Recipient not later than three four (34) months after the Closing Date, for incorporation in the report referred to in Section 4.08 (c4.08(c) of the General Conditions all such information as the Recipient or the Association shall reasonably request for the purposes of such Section.

The Project Implementing Entity shall monitor and evaluate the progress of its Respective Part Parts 2.3 and 4.2 of the Project and prepare Project Reports for its Respective Part Parts 2.3 and 4.2 of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.08 of the General Conditions and on the basis of the indicators agreed with the Association in the Financing AgreementRegional Monitoring and Evaluation Indicators. Each such Project Report shall cover the period of one (1) calendar quartersemester, and shall be furnished to the Recipient not later than forty five thirty (30) days after the end of the period covered by such report for incorporation and forwarding by the Recipient to the Association of the overall Project Report. 2. The Project Implementing Entity shall provide to the Recipient not later than three (3) months after the Closing Date, for incorporation in the report referred to in Section 4.08 (c) of the General Conditions all such information as the Recipient or the Association shall reasonably request for the purposes of such Section.

Project Reports. 1. The Project Implementing Entity shall monitor and evaluate the progress of its Respective Part of the Project and prepare Project Reports for its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.08 2.06 of the General Standard Conditions and on the basis of indicators set forth in Section II.A.1(b) of Schedule 2 to the indicators agreed with the Association in the Financing Grant Agreement. Each such Project Report shall cover the period of one calendar quarter, and shall be furnished to the Recipient not later than forty five thirty (30) days after the end of the period covered by such report for incorporation and forwarding by the Recipient to the Association World Bank of the overall Project Report. 2. The Project Implementing Entity shall provide to the Recipient not later than three seven (37) months after before the Closing Date, for incorporation in the report referred to in Section 4.08 2.06 (cb) (ii) of the General Standard Conditions all such information as the Recipient or the Association World Bank shall reasonably request for the purposes of such Section.
