Common use of Project Reports Clause in Contracts

Project Reports. 1. The Borrower shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.08 of the General Conditions and on the basis of the indicators set forth in Annex 1 to the Schedule to the Project Agreement. Each Project Report shall cover the period of one (1) calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Bank not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of the period covered by such report. 2. For purposes of Section 5.08(c) of the General Conditions, the report on the execution of the Project and related plan required pursuant to that Section shall be furnished to the Bank not later than December 30, 2014.

Project Reports. 1. Each Project Report shall cover the period of one (1) calendar semesteryear, and shall be furnished to the Bank not later than forty-forty five (45) days after the end of the period covered by such reportcalendar year. 2. For purposes of Section 5.08(c) of the General Conditions, the report on the execution of the Project and related plan required pursuant to that Section shall be furnished to the Bank not later than December 30, 2014six (6) months after the Closing Date.

For purposes of Section 5.08(c5.08 (c) of the General Conditions, the report on the execution of the Project and related plan required pursuant to that Section shall be furnished to the Bank not later than December 30, 2014six months after the Closing Date.

The Borrower shall shall, through UGAF of MINSA, monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.08 of the General Conditions and on the basis of indicators agreed with the indicators Bank and set forth in Annex 1 to the Schedule to the Project AgreementOM. Each Project Report shall cover the period of one (1) calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Bank not later than forty-five (45) days one month after the end of the period covered by such report. 2. For purposes of Section 5.08(c5.08 (c) of the General Conditions, the report on the execution of the Project and related plan required pursuant to that Section shall be furnished to the Bank not later than December 30January 15, 2014.

The Borrower Borrower, through the PMT, shall, and shall cause the Project Implementing Entity, through the PIT, to monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.08 of the General Conditions and on the basis of indicators agreed with the indicators set forth in Annex 1 to the Schedule to the Project AgreementBank. Each Project Report shall cover the period of one (1) calendar semesterquarter, and shall be furnished to the Bank not later than forty-forty five (45) days after the end of the period covered by such report. 2. For purposes of Section 5.08(c5.08 (c) of the General Conditions, the report on the execution of the Project and related plan required pursuant to that Section shall be furnished to the Bank not later than December 30, 2014six (6) months after the Closing Date.

Each Project Report shall cover the period of one (1) calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Bank not later than forty-five one (451) days month after the end of the period covered by such report. 2. For purposes of Section 5.08(c) of the General Conditions, the report on the execution of the Project and related plan required pursuant to that Section shall be furnished to the Bank not later than December 30March 1, 20142009.

Notwithstanding the requirement in Section II.A.1 of this Schedule, by November 30, 2009, the Borrower shall carry out a comprehensive mid-term Project review, and shall by December 31, 2009, prepare and furnish to the Bank a mid-term Project progress report, satisfactory to the Bank. 3. For purposes of Section 5.08(c) of the General Conditions, the report on the execution of the Project and related plan required pursuant to that Section shall be furnished to the Bank not later than December 30January 31, 20142013.

Each Project Report shall cover the period of one (1) calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Bank not later than forty-five (45) days one month after the end of the period covered by such report. 2. For purposes of Section 5.08(c5.08 (c) of the General Conditions, the report on the execution of the Project and related plan required pursuant to that Section shall be furnished to the Bank not later than December 3031, 20142012.

For purposes of Section 5.08(c) of the General Conditions, the report on the execution of the Project and related plan required pursuant to that Section shall be furnished to the Bank not later than December 30, 2014six (6) months after the Closing Date.

For purposes of Section 5.08(c) of the General Conditions, the report on the execution of the Project and related plan required pursuant to that Section shall be furnished to the Bank not later than December 30, 2014three (3) months after the Closing Date.

Each Project Report shall cover the period of one (1) calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Bank not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of the period covered by such reportFebruary 15 and August 15 each year. 2. For purposes of Section 5.08(c) of the General Conditions, the report on the execution of the Project and related plan required pursuant to that Section shall be furnished to the Bank not later than December 30, 2014six (6) months after the Closing Date.
